Fitness / Weight Loss Made Fun!

Salam I hope you are doing well!

I know that some of us may struggle with weight loss. I wanted to share something I think may be of benefit that is free to use.

I found an app called “ITrackBites” that is similar to Weight Watchers but it is free to use its basic functions. You can scan in your food labels and it tracks your points. You get a certain number of points each day to use. It makes dieting more fun and it works quite well!
