Salam everyone! I hope that you are doing well and staying healthy, in sha Allah!

I would like to encourage everyone to do their part and stay home at this time to help the world resolve this virus, in sha Allah. If we each do our part and stay home then we can slow the spread of this deadly disease, in sha Allah.

The Prophet (ﷺ) is reported to have said, “If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it; but if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place.”

This doesn’t mean we have to be bored! Here are some fun halal ideas to do while you are staying at home during Covid-19.

~Read an accurate book on Islamic knowledge and learn something new!

~Read the Quran.

~Watch an interesting documentary on Hulu or Netflix and learn something interesting.

~Watch funny youtube videos with your spouse or siblings.

~Try a new recipe with ingredients you already have on hand with

~Order some fun snacks to be delivered online with

~Play board games with your family members.

~Play with, brush, and pet your cat if you have one!

~Play hide and seek.

~Read scary stories to each other while eating halal snacks.

~Listen to lectures on Islam (you can find many on youtube but be sure they are from qualified scholars).

~Plan your dream family vacation for when Covid-19 is over, in sha Allah!

~And there’s so much more! Be creative. 🙂

I would recommend ordering black seeds online and using them daily to, in sha Allah, help you and your family stay healthy during this time. (With Dr.’s permission, of course!)

Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet  sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allah exalt his mention ) was reported to have said:  “Use this Black Seed regularly, because it is a cure for every disease, except death.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Stay healthy, in sha Allah!
